It is a twelve-week journal that includes places for you to input measurements and weight, food/calorie logs and grocery lists. I love the look of these shoes and, while I have not tried them myself, the Tone it Up trainers have said great things about this brand. I discovered the Vooray brand through my local 24-Hour Fitness gym. I now follow this brand on Instagram and own the bag pictured in this gift guide. I love this floral print and the quality of the brand.
